Duration: 13 days/ 12 nights

Cost per person: 153500 Russian rubles subject to 8 participants, or 146000 Russian rubles subject to 12 participants, based on twin/double accomodation.
All inslusive, except for flight to Kamchatka and travel medical insurance.
Estimated cost of flight Moscow - Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky roundtrip: 22000 - 46000 rubles. To be bought on your own.

Cost of one day helicopter excursion: to Valley of Geysers - 42000 rubles per person, to Kuril lake - 40000 rubles per person.

Cost of one-day rent of motor boat for deep water fishing: 52000 rubles per boat for three, four or more persons, or 40000 per boat for one or two persons.

Cost of one-day tour by quad bikes through the forest and to the ocean, with lunch on the way, based on 2 people on 1 bike: _________ ribles per person (mimimum _____ people). Cost is under construction

TRAVEL PROGRAM: TOUR TO KAMCHATKA


Day 0. July 13. Flight to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky

Flight to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
* The most comfortable flight from Moscow is on July 13 at 16:45 with arrival to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky at 10 a.m. (or with arrival at 12:30 ) on July 8 or Rossiya airlines with arrival at 11.45.


Day 1. July 14. Acquaintance with Kamchatka

In the morning meeting with the group at the airport of Elizovo town. Visiting fish market. Transfer to Malki tourist base. On the way we stop at Sokoch village and eat legendary patty-cakes. Accommodation at tourist base with thermal swimming pool or small private hotel in case of small group up to 8 persons. In the evening swimming in natural thermal spring and jumping into ice cold river.
Meals: lunch, dinner.
Accommodation: guest house.



Day 2. July 15. Run on the river and river fishing

Morning char fishing from a boat on Poperechka and Klyuchevka river in Malki village. In the afternoon set out for Tolbachik volcano. Transfer to Kozyrevsk (370km, way time 5-6 hours).
Russian banya (steam bath). Overnight in a guesthouse in Kozyrevsk.
Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Accommodation: guesthouse.




Day 3. July 16. Tolbachik volcano and Dead forest

Morning transfer to the foot of Plosky Tolbachik volcano (way time - 3 hours), where there are red volcanic cones, solidified volcanic bombs, endless lava flows of bizzare forms, ash fields of various colors and enormous areas covered with burned forest. Unordinary landscape in the area of Plosky Tolbachik volcano seems to be a nonearthly view and compared to moon. Walk along north entries of Big Tolbachik fissure eruption of 1975-1976.
Camping in Dead forest. Lunch. Transfer to lava streams formed after fissure eruption 2012-2013. Walk around lava streams and cones, visiting new lava way caves. Option of visiting glowing lava rents in the dark.
Returning to the camp. Overnight in tents.
Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Accommodation: camping.



Day 4. July 17. Ascent to Plosky Tolbachik volcano

Ascent to Plosky Tolbachik volcano col (approx 3000m). Ascension takes about 6-7 hours. Elevation changes is 1600 meters. About 1-2 hours walk along the edge of enormous crater of caldera type, with diameter 1.8 km, which was formed during eruption in 1975-1976. Descent takes about 3-4 hours. Returning to the camp. Overnight in tents.
Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Accommodation: camping.



Day 5. July 18. Evens in Mendek

After breakfast we remove tents and set out for Esso village (way time about 6-7 hours). On the way we visit ethnographic Menedek village of Evens. Lunch and ethnic program about three hours. In the evening accommodation at tourist base with thermal swimming pool.

Accommodation: guest house.



Day 6. July 19. Rafting in Esso

In the morning drive (about one hour) to the rafting start point on Bystraya river in Esso. Among 67 rivers of Kamchatka called Bistraya(Fast), the river in Esso is best for rafting. There are 33 rapids On this 30 kilometres long rated run . Total duration of the activity with lunch is about 7 hours. Transfer to Milkovo village (about 3 hours). Accommodation in a hotel.

Day 7. July 20. Sea trip in Avachinskaya bay, sea fishing

Transfer (about 5-6 hours) to harbor of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. Sea trip (about 6 hours) along the shore of Avachinskaya bay by "Three brothers" rocks with going to open ocean to Starichkov island. Watching colonies of birds, motor boat excursion around the island, sea fishing, lunch.
Transfer to Paratunka, accommodation in a hotel with thermal swimming pool.
Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Accommodation: guest house.



Day 8. July 21. Reserve day. (Helicopter or deep water fishing, or quad bikes)

Reserve day. Optional helicopter excursion to Valley of Geysers ,one of the most beautiful geyser fields in the world, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, or to Kuril lake, the habitat of a large colony of brown bears. Also you can go deep water fishing, or take a dynamic tour on quad bikes in the forest and along the ocean coast, to Cape Verticalniy(Vertical) and the bay overlooking the Tri Brata (Three Brothers). Or you can rest in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, visit the local history museum and walk around the city.

Accommodation: guest house.



Day 9. July 22. Ascent to Gorely volcano

Transfer (about 4-5 hours) to caldera of Gorely volcano (1829 m). Ascension to Gorely volcano takes about 2-2.5 hours. Watching craters - 2 hours. Descent to the camping - about 1.5 hours.
Gorely volcano is situated in picturesque caldera of 13 km diameter. It has 11 different craters at its top. Edges of some craters cross each other and form a fantastical pattern. Main craters are surrounded by sheer walls 150-200 m high, have well-like form and filled with acid lakes. Transfer (about 1 hour) and accommodation in the Jaeger house, snugly located on Tarbaganyya mountain near the Mutnovsky volcano, where our guests will see huge black-capped marmots.

Day 10. July 23. Trekking on Mutnovsky volcano

Transfer (about 4-5 hours) to the foot of Mutnovsky volcano (2322 m), which is considered one of the most beautiful and interesting on Kamchatka. It has a complex and unusual structure. Its sides are surrounded by sheer cliffs. An ice stream goes from its summit and powerful steam jets go through its cracks. The volcano shows intensive and various activity. Here you can see fumaroles, surrounded acid-yellow rounds of sulphur crystals, mud boilers with black water and amazing craters.
Our way goes to the heart of volcano. Ascent to fumarole desk takes about 1.5-2 hours. Observation of sulphuric boilers and volcano craters with visit of "active swirl" - about 4 hours. Descent - 1.5-2 hours. 30 minutes watching Opasny (Dangerous) canyon, into which a 80-meters waterfall falls on. After dinner optional visiting ice caves and mains.

Day 11. July 24. Transfer to Avachinsky volcano and Verblyud (Camel) mountain

After breakfast, transfer (about 5 hours) to the root of Avachinsky (2741 m) and Koryaksky (3456 m) volcanos. Setting camping.
Morning on Avacha. Avachinsky volcano is one of the most visited volcanoes of Kamchatka.
A light walk to Camel mountain (1300 m) and meeting local habitants - beringisky sousliks. Kamchatka people call them evrazhka. These small animal are very friendly and will be glad to take meals from you. In the evening optionally Russian banya (steam bath) (3500 per hour).

Day 12. July 25. Ascent to Avachinsky volcano

After breakfast, ascent to Avachinsky volcano (2741 m). Meeting sunrise on the mountain.
Ascension takes about 6 hours. 1 hour for a walk on the edge of the crater about 400 m in diameter. The crater is filled with lava of 1991 and has numerous fumaroles. Descent takes about 4 hours. Elevation changes are 1990 m. Returning to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (way time 1.5-2 hours) in the guest house that we already loved. Crab party!
Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Accommodation: apartment.



Day 13. July 26. Returning home

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. On the way visiting of fish market, where you should buy Kamchatka delicacies: salmon caviar, crab, red fish and flounder.
Meals: breakfast.
