After breakfast, we will head to the famous viewpoint at Laguna de los Tres of Mount Fitz Roy.
Already on the first section, after a rather steep ascent, a panorama of the De-las-Vueltas River valley opens up. The path then follows the valley of the Del Salto stream to the foot of Mount Fitz Roy, passing through dense thickets of ñire trees. After about an hour and a half of climbing, we will reach a viewpoint with an informational sign explaining the mountain-glacial landscape. Then the trail leads along the stream to the Madre and Ija lagoons, and after approximately four hours of hiking, we will arrive at the Puainsonet base camp, and then, crossing the Blanco River, the Rio Blanco camp.
From here begins the steepest section: the 400-meter ascent to Laguna de los Tres takes just over an hour. At the top of an old moraine ridge, an impressive view of the lagoon, glacier, and the granite spires of Fitz Roy will open before us.
A little further along the lagoon, we will enjoy another stunning view — Laguna Sucia and its hanging glaciers.
After that, we will return to the hotel in El Chaltén.

After the descent, we will have a snack lunch from lunch boxes and transfer from El Chaltén to the hotel in El Calafate.
Accommodation: Kosten Aike 4* (Standard rooms)Meals included: BreakfastDay 6. February 27, 2026 (Friday). El CalafateAfter breakfast, we will set off on an excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier in Los Glaciares National Park. The glacier is one of the symbols of Patagonia and the third largest reserve of fresh water in the world. Here you can hear the roar of ice chunks breaking off and see ice walls up to 60 meters high, and if you wish, even take a walk on the glacier.
We will drive to the port "Bajo de las Sombras," where we will board a boat to cross Lake Rico. After disembarking, experienced mountain guides will meet us and lead us to a cozy shelter with a view of the glacier. The approximately 3-hour excursion begins with a walk along the lake shore. During the walk, we will see many typical glacier formations such as deep crevasses, blue funnels, huge seracs, and turquoise lagoons.
Upon reaching the glacier’s edge, groups of up to 20 people put on crampons and helmets. During the walk on the ice, we will observe various typical glacier formations: deep cracks, blue ice wells, huge seracs, and turquoise lagoons. After the ice walk (about 1.5 hours), we will visit the forefield and lateral moraine, which offer panoramic views of the Perito Moreno Glacier, the mountains, and the lake. Then we return along a trail through dense Patagonian Andean forest, completing the three-hour walk along the lake shore, moraine, ice, and forest.
The total duration of the excursion with transfers is about 10 hours, including approximately one hour visiting the Perito Moreno Glacier viewpoints located 7 km from the port.*
In the evening, a special experience awaits us! Among the rocks with views of the Andes, the excursion is dedicated to the first contacts between explorers and indigenous peoples, and then an introduction to the world of the Tehuelche. On the lake shore are caves where this culture left its marks on the rocks thousands of years ago, allowing us to interpret them today. On the shore of Lake Argentino, guides tell about the landscape formation, fauna, and flora. Then we climb up for panoramic views of the town and surroundings, assessing the size of Lake Argentino and the Andes. We walk about 500 meters to explore an archaeological site, interpreting the meaning of the rock paintings and the techniques of their creation. We conclude the excursion with a delicious Patagonian dinner in an unforgettable location — in a cave!
* The mini-trekking takes place in a natural environment, so weather conditions and glacier features change daily. However, the excursion is not canceled if safety conditions allow.

El Calafate — Puerto Natales (CHILE) — Torres del Paine*Today we will spend the entire day in Chile, in Torres del Paine National Park, considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
Located in the heart of Southern Patagonia, 300 km south of El Calafate, this park is recognized as one of the most beautiful in the world due to its unusual and unique mountains, glaciers, lakes, waterfalls, flora, and fauna.
Crossing the Patagonian steppe from north to south, we will arrive at the border crossing of Cancha Carrera (about 3.5 hours) between Argentina and Chile, from where we will begin our journey through the picturesque south of Chile until we enter Torres del Paine National Park, which in the Tehuelche language means "Blue" — referring to its predominant color.
In the park, we will make several stops (both with and without leaving the vehicles) to admire lakes and waterfalls, and may see foxes, guanacos, and possibly pumas and other local wildlife. We will drive to locations from where we will take short walks to panoramic viewpoints of the park’s main natural attractions.
Leaving the Cerro Castillo border, we will drive to Laguna Amarga, a panoramic point with views of the famous Torres del Paine towers. Then we will stop at various viewpoints such as Laguna de los Cisnes and Mirador Superior del Nordenskjold, until we reach Puerto Pudeto — the starting point for a hike to Salto Grande waterfall. Weather permitting, we will walk along the shore of Lake Pehoe to the lower viewpoint of Cuernos del Paine. The walk requires no special preparation and is low in physical effort, accompanied by our trekking guide.
After this walk, we will continue by vehicle to a new viewpoint at Lake Pehoe, offering one of the most famous views in the park — the Cuernos del Paine and the French Valley framed by Lakes Pehoe and Nordenskjold, as well as the Paine Grande and Almirante Nieto mountains.
After completing the trekking, we will head to the hotel. The hotel is located inside the national park and surrounded by valleys and mountains. Stunning views!
* At the guide’s discretion or due to park administration restrictions, the order of stops may be changed. The route may be adjusted or shortened depending on weather conditions and/or border crossing time. Arrival time depends on border procedures.
